The working efficiency is improved by performing the work in the combination of carrying and storage containers, the enhancement of radiation shielding property in carrying and the simplification of the structure of containers are attained by carrying the storage container housed in the carrying container to the storage building, and the storage container can be recycled by seal-welding the lid of the container.
