(57) Abstract This invention, regards the electrochemistry electrolysis cell, the system and manner in order anhydrous halogenation hydrogen to transform essentially essentially in the dry halogen gas. This manner of this invention anhydrous halogenation hydrogen, especially hydrogen chloride, the hydrogien fluoride, the hydrogen bromide and iodide hydrogen, is useful in order to transform in the halogen gas like chlorine, fluorine, bromine and iodine. With especially main invention, the water is offered to the cation - carrying film with the cathode by various formats. This invention makes the recovery of the fluid which is discharged on cathode side of the film possible, and resets the fluid which is recovered to the cathode side of the film and recycles. This way the discharge fluid which is recovered being recycled, continuing, supplies the water to the film, because of this marginal current density of the electrolysis cell increase and/or makes that it is controlled possible.
