SOLUTION: On the card rear surface S1 of a card base plate B1, linear grooves D1 are formed. As the linear grooves D1, long grooves D1L, and short grooves D1S are formed. In the case of a pre-paid card, the content of service to be offered are expressed by the long grooves D1, and the total amount of sale prices is expressed by the short grooves D1S Required numbers of the grooves are respectively formed. Also, the grooves may be a curve, a broken line shape, a chained line shape, or a curve by them, and a picture and characters may be formed by the grooves. Thus, since the grooves are formed on the card rear surface S1, a design part which is printed on the front face is not missed by the grooves.
