The fire-resisting walls 10 have cylindrical fire-resisting covering plates 20 covering the outer circumferential surfaces of the vibration isolation members 18 while being separated from the vibration isolation members 18. First ends in the axial direction of the fire-resisting covering plates 20 are formed in fixed ends 22 fixed onto the support 16, and second ends in the axial directions on the reverse side of the fixed ends 22 are formed in free ends 24 forming openings 28 among the beam 14 and the covering plates 20. Regions containing the free ends 24 of the fire-resisting covering plates 20 are formed of annular thermal expansive members 30.
