SOLUTION: A radio terminal equipment 105 measuring the received electric field intensity of a radio wave transmitted from a radio base station equipment 104 makes the statistics of received electric field intensity for the previously decided number of measurement times and stores a statistical value as reference received electric field intensity at the time of executing an invader detection operation. When the number of times detecting that a difference between measured received electric field intensity and reference received electric field intensity exceeds previously decided fluctuation permission quantity exceeds the previously decided number of times in a previously decided period, it is judged that an invader exists between a position where the radio base station equipment exists and a position where the equipment itself exists.
