PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a payment instruction sheet issuing system for vehicle and a payment instruction sheet issuing machine for vehicle capable of remarkably shortening labor and time to be taken from summing, reading to totaling of an amount on a payment instruction sheet, exactly totaling its amount and executing the summing, the reading and the totaling almost automatically. ;SOLUTION: The payment instruction sheet issuing machine for vehicle is provided with a printing means 985 to print and output the payment instruction sheet by printing a bar code 34 on printing paper 4 and a bar code reading means 15 to be installed at an office 11, to read the bar code 34 printed on the printing paper 4 and to output data on a total value of taxi fare corresponding to the bar code 34 and data on the total value of the external charge to a host computer 13 respectively.
