PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large-sized plant construction work method which can correspond to enlargement in size of a module and numbering in a large quantity, reduce a cost, and improve arrangement of a construction plant. ;SOLUTION: Two waterways 1 with one end opened to communicate with sea, lake, river, harbor, etc., are formed, in the waterway 1, water 2 is introduced to a prescribed level, in each waterway 1, a pair of support floats 3 are floated, to be moved by a wire 30. In both the support floats 3, a crane leg part 41 is respectively vertically provided, an upper part of the crane leg part 41 is connected by a cross beam, a club 42 is mounted movable on the cross beam (garter), a bridge type crane 4 is formed. When a load is suspended, the support float 3 is sunk, a pneumatic tire 31 is brought into contact with a bottom of the waterway 1, movement in the waterway 1 is made possible.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
