PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively solve problems about a cobble stone made of a natural stone together with problems about treatment of a waste plastic by producing the cobble stone from the waste plastic. SOLUTION: This cobble stone 1 is produced by utilizing a waste plastic prepared by forming a molten waste plastic into a granular material. Furthermore, the method for producing the cobble stone 1 comprises utilizing the waste plastic, extrusion molding the molten waste plastic into a wiry form and cutting the extruded wiry material into the granular form. The method for utilizing the cobble stone 1 with the waste plastic comprises filling each cobble stone in the back surface of a retaining wall prepared by stacking concrete blocks or stones, etc., forming a cobble stone layer and utilizing the waste plastic.
