PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily detect gas leakage, even when this equipment is provided with an additionally installed tank whose inside temperature in a state of operating is different from that of an equipment body. SOLUTION: When gas leakage occurs in either an equipment main body 3 or a pushing pocket 6, a pressure in the equipment main body 3 and the pushing pocket 6 is decreased due to the gas leakage, and a pressure to be added to a first bellows 10 is decreased according to this, and when a second bellows 12 is moved, a switch 18 is closed, and gas leakage can be surely detected. As a result, even when this equipment is provided with the equipment body 3 and the pushing pocket 6 in which temperature difference with this is generated, it is not necessary to decrease a detection gas pressure as in the conventional technique, and the gas leakage can be detected easily. Also the gas leakage can be surely detected, without individually setting a detecting device, and the increase of the number of parts or mounting work man-hours or cost-up can be suppressed.
