PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measures plural image quality evaluation items simultaneously for facilitating the adjustment of image quality of an ITC and to display measured values or a displacement of an adjustment device which is expressed in analog values together with a result of deciding the acceptance. SOLUTION: A destination reference setting means 2 sets each value of deciding the acceptance of plural image quality evaluation items of a color cathode-ray tube respectively, a pattern signal generating means 3 displays a specific pattern signal on the color cathode-ray tube 1, an image-pickup means 4 which picks up the image of a display screen, an image processing means 5 processes the photographed image to measure plural image quality evaluation items simultaneously, a discrimination means 6 compares each measured value with an acceptance decision value to discriminate the acceptance, a conversion means 7 converts the measured value into displacement amount of an adjustment device and a display means 8 displays the measured value or the displacement of the adjustment device expressed in analog values, together with decision result information.
