PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition capable of forming an elastomer film having excellent transparency and thermal and mechanical stability and exhibiting unique separation and swelling characteristics by including a network structure based on a copolydendrimer having a hydrophilic inner part and a hydrophobic organic silicon outer layer. ;SOLUTION: This composition contains a crosslinked product of a copolydendrimer (Z) laminated in radial direction and containing a hydrophilic inner part (e.g. polyamide amine and polypropylene imine) and a hydrophobic organic silicon outer layer having a reactive terminal group [e.g. NH2, a group of the formula NR2 (R is a 1-6C alkyl, etc.), a group of the formula R'SH (R' is a 1-6C alkylene, etc.), etc.].
