ACTUATION SYMPTOM PHENOMENON TRANSMITTING METHOD IN OIL PRESSURE CONTROL CIRCUIT AND DEVICE THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform micro-operation at the start of a hydraulic actuator by transmitting a phenomenal change in a hydraulic circuit appearing just after an operator operates a remote control lever, to the operator. ;SOLUTION: An actuation symptom phenomenon transmitting device is formed of a detecting means using a vibration detecting sensor 9 as an element member, a wave filter 21, an amplifier 11 and an electric acoustic converter 10. When an operator 19 operates a remote control lever 3 to an actuating condition from a stopping condition, vibration caused by a pressure oil flow in an oil pressure control valve 2 appearing just after its operation, is precisely detected by a detecting means 9, and is converted into a sound wave by a transmitting means 10 to immediately inform the operator 19, and can be thereby processed into the one which has no sense of incompatibility at all and is felt like an actuation symptom signal. As a result, the operator 19 in a separate position can reliably seize the timing when a hydraulic actuator starts to move.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
