PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retaining wall, in which there is no possibility of collapse and which is composed of filling including the revetment wall of a river and by which greening is conducted naturally by exposing a soil surface on the whole surface of the retaining wall. ;SOLUTION: Supports 20a for connection and inserting holes 30a for connection are formed on the plate surface of a tabular member 10. The fill-up-ground stabilizing blocks A are connected while introducing a borrow material to the upper sections of the blocks A by coupling the supports 20a for connection and the inserting holes 30a for connection, and the fill-up retaining wall having a structure, in which the fill-up-ground stabilizing blocks A are joined mutually and is buried into a ground and by which the ground is stabilized, is constructed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
