PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide the rising and falling of a vibration exciter by a leader through a bracket, rise and fall and drive it, drive a pile held with a pile chuck loaded to the vibration exciter into the ground, improve a pulling out technique and to make it possible to tilt the leader to a required angle in the optionally required direction in comparison with a Z axis. ;SOLUTION: A frame 14 is pivoted on the front end of an arm 9 in a tiltable manner by a Y pin 27 parallel with a Y axis, and tilt tilting (tilting around the Y axis) is made by a tilt cylinder 15. A leader 10 is so pivoted on an X pin 19 of approximately X axial direction to the tiltable frame 14 that it can be tilted in the swing direction (tilting around the X axis), and it is tilted in the swing direction by a Y axial swing cylinder 16.
