PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively lay pipes in a short time by providing an opening on a floor face or a wall face and connecting joint tools to a water supply pipe and a drain pipe and laying down the connection tool on the floor face or the wall face and then, connecting terminal instruments for water facilities and the joint tool. ;SOLUTION: When terminal instruments 7 for water facilities are installed for reforming or the like, A hole 19 is opened on a floor face 6 in accordance with an indication 18 of an opening position, and a water supply pipe 4 and a hot water supply pipe 5 are drawn out of the hole 19 onto the floor face 6, and the end faces thereof are connected to a water stop valve 25 and a hot water stop valve 26 of the joint tool 21, respectively. Then, a branch outlet 14 of a tee 12 for water supply is connected to a water connection pipe 22 of the joint tool 21 and a branch outlet 15 of a tee 13 for hot water supply is connected to a hot water connection pipe 23. A branch outlet 10 of a tee 9 for drain water is connected to a drain connection pipe 24 of the connection tool 21. Further, a cover member 26 of the joint tool 21 is put in the hole 19 and screws 30 are inserted in the screw holes 29 to fix it on the floor face 6.
