PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity and workability, and to manufacture a porous foot board, a work platform base using the porous foot board, a platform board for the work platform base and a stair at low cost. ;SOLUTION: A foot board body consisting of an expanded metal 24 having reinforcing ribs 25, 26 at both side sections is molded integrally by forming slits 34 in the longitudinal direction as leaving both end sections 32, 33 to extruded profiles 31 such as an aluminum alloy while pushing and widening the extruded profiles 31 in the cross direction. Accordingly, the workload of welding operation and rivet operation can be reduced remarkably at the time of the manufacture of the porous foot board 11, and the productivity of the porous foot board 11 can be improved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
