PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a fixed increase of the transmission capacity of respective frames and to maintain the advantage of allocation for the respective frames by allocating a continuous transmission channel which is identifiable by using a relation decided beforehand from a permission channel received by the transmission channel of an outgoing direction, in a prescribed allocation period to an incoming direction in the next allocation period. ;SOLUTION: In the case that outgoing frames are TDn-TDn+7 and incoming frames are TMn-TMn+7, data are transmitted to a mobile station by the time slots IT0-IT5 of the outgoing frames TDn-TDn+3. The mobile station transmits the data not only by the time slot IT0, called not only the respective permission time slots of the next incoming frames TMn+4-TMn+7 but also by a continuous time slot identifiable through the use of a relation decided beforehand from the permission time slot.
