SOFTWARE GENERATING METHOD AND VERIFYING METHOD FOR CUSTOMER OPERATION TYPE AUTOMATIC MACHINE, AND CUSTOMER OPERATION TYPE AUTOMATIC MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently generate software of high quality matching screen transition specifications by inputting a process flow including a description for specifying a process block and a description for determining a next destination screen of transition and generating the software which controls the customer operation type automatic machine according to the description of the inputted process flow. ;SOLUTION: In screen units such as a 'Can I help you?' screen 501, screen data and processes for customer input operations on screens are generated previously as process blocks 511 to 514. The software is so generated as to control transition among the process blocks 511 to 514 by a screen transition process 515. The process blocks 511 to 514 are software components including the screen data and internal processes for customer input operations on the screens and present on a necessary screen in one-to-one relation. Namely, the process blocks 511 to 514 and transition process 515 are defined individually to easily confirm how the screens have transition.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
