PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to execute application processing requiring a complicated procedure by easy and simple operation. SOLUTION: An information retrieving server 3 extracts a keyword from a sentence inputted by a user through a presentation server 2, generates a retrieving condition by adding a relational procedure term to the keyword and instructs a DB access management server 5 to execute retrieval. The server 5 instructs an information collecting server 6 previously storing information related to a data base and application on a network 9 to execute retrieval and the server 6 acquires a retrieved result and returns the result to the server 3. The server 3 transmits the retrieved result to the server 2 and the result is presented to the user. When the start of application e.g. is selected from the presented information, an application server 4 executes application for collectively executing procedure processing and accesses an existing system 8 through an existing system connection part 7 e.g.
