PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-molten injection molding method of a light metal alloy without causing the defective weighing and the defrective injection. ;SOLUTION: A part from a pellet inserting part in an extrusion cylinder to about 1/4 of the whole length in the tip direction of the cylinder is made to a pellet preheating zone, the melting of the pellet of a light melt alloy is started from this pellet preheating zone toward the tip of the cylinder and the range from about 1/2 position of the whole length in the tip direction of the cylinder to the cylinder tip is made to a semi-melting state having a target solid phase ratio to execute injection molding.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
