SURFACE REPAIR METHOD FOR FAIR-FACED CONCRETE DESIGN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the repair method for fair-faced concrete design in which a donutlike dark ring is prevented from being formed on a recess part and the outer periphery of a repair part. ;SOLUTION: Sewage adhered to the surface 12 of a wall face is removed and cleaned. A permeable water absorption prevention material is applied on the whole surface of the wall face including the inside of a recess part 20. The recess part 20 is filled with mortar 40. After drying of the mortar 40, the surface of the mortar 40 is removed with a sander or the like, and the whole surface is made smooth. The similar pattern as the circumference is created by means of a pattern forming tool on the surface of the mortar 40. The permeable water absorption prevention material is applied on the pattern created here.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
