ASYMMETRIC ROUTE UTILIZING COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND ASYMMETRIC ROUTE UTILIZING COMMUNICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asymmetric route utilizing communication system capable of realizing asymmetric routing in a network system constructed on the assumption that the bidirectional communication of a packet is to be performed by using a bidirectional route. SOLUTION: A reception side gateway (RGW 10) provided in a satellite reception station transmits the packet transmitted from a PC 60 to a server 50 through an internet network 40 (bidirectional route) to a transmission side gateway (SGW 20) provided in a satellite transmission station after performing an address replacing processing and the SGW 20 transmits the packet to the server 50. In the meantime, the SGW 20 transmits the packet transmitted from the server 50 to the PC 60 through a communication satellite 30 (unidirectional route) to the RGW 10 and the RGW 10 transmits the packet to the PC 60.
