PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obviate work to install toilet furnishings at a toilet building site, and shorten a site work period by preinstalling the toilet furnishings on a toilet wall panel before they are supplied to toilet building work site. ;SOLUTION: A base board 3 is installed on a reinforcing frame 2 of a wall panel 1, and a surface material 4 such as vinyl chloride and a tile is stuck to this base board 3, and a paper roller 5, an animation sounder 6 and a paper holder 7 as toilet furnishings are preinstalled in a prescribed place of this surface material 4 in a factory. A paper holder, a hot air dryer and dust box 9 can also be preinstalled as toilet furnishings, and the wall panel 1 having the toilet furnishings and an accessory nonexistent wall panel are properly combined with each other at a toilet building site, and a peripheral wall of a toilet exclusive room or toilet exclusive booth is formed.
