PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use the knife for a long time by completely unnecessitating the change of a mounting position according to a right-handed or left-handed person at a member for preventing the sticking of foods. ;SOLUTION: On the side of the knife tip 12 of a knife body 10, a kitchen knife main body 16 provided with plural through holes 14 is placed a molding die 20 of a sticking preventing tool 18 and then plastic material 26 is poured and molded by heating to integrally mold the tool 18 on both sides of the body 10.
