PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a footpath slab which does not damage a natural view and put a burden on a knee in walking, and is excellent in permeability; an execution method for a footpath using the footpath slab an execution method for a promenade; and a stair block and an execution method for a stair using the stair block. ;SOLUTION: A paving material 3 is filled up on the tread 29 of a footpath block 21 to form the footpath, and the footpath block 21 is severally provided with an edge 22 in a longitudinal direction at both the longitudinal ends of the tread 29 and a valley part 23 in a lateral direction and moreover a drainage hole 25 in a valley bottom part 24. The paving material is produced by kneading a resin and a wooden chip so as to have permeability, and filled up in the valley part 23 to form the surface of the tread 29 into a flat face.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
