DEBURRING METHOD BY SHOT BLASTING AND ITS DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of simply deburring at low cost without impairing the surface of a work when the work is deburred by shot blasting against the processing part of the work. ;SOLUTION: Jet nozzles 1 opened in a compressed air flow for sucking and mixing pellets through suction nozzle 3, are allowed to act on a work 9 by allowing the suction flow of a suction duct 10 to act on rearward and pellet blasting is performed only against a processing part 9c by making use of the difference in operation between sucking and non-sucking of pellets caused by the difference in flow energy of a jet flow jetted out of the jet nozzles 1 between the processing part 9c and no-processing part 9b of the work 9.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
