PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To anticipate ground vibration, when blasting is performed plural times so as to cause interference with the ground vibration, and to produce the desired ground vibration. ;SOLUTION: Ground vibration when main blasting involving plural times of blasting is performed so as to cause interference with the ground vibration is anticipated on the basis of the measurement of the ground vibration caused by test blasting, ground vibration caused by each blasting in the main blasting and anticipated according to the measurement, and the time difference between each blasting. Based on the time difference between each blasting and on the ground vibration produced by each blasting, the time difference between each blasting is determined so that the ground vibration caused by the main blasting becomes the desired one.
