PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greening method by which arboreous plants are effectively introduced on a surface for greening by utilizing the advantages of seeding work and planting work and to provide a greening planting pot for use therein. SOLUTION: An arboreous plant seed 14 which has shown the sign of germination after being subjected to a germinating power increasing process is planted in a planting pot 10, and the planting pot 10 is installed or transferred onto a surface 30 for greening before the main root of the arboreous plant seed 14 planted reaches the bottom of the planting pot 10. As a suitable example, the planting pot 10 is installed via a hooked hanger 12 by use of the construction work of extending a net for greening a face of slope.
