PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain improvement of cargo handling efficiency, also attain energy saving of a bucket elevator. ;SOLUTION: In a drive speed control method of a bucket elevator in a continuous unloader, a relation between a delivery amount of a cargo and an optimum operation speed of the bucket elevator 10 in proportion to the delivery amount and a maximum/minimum operation speed are left as stored in a control device, when a delivery amount of the cargo is set to the control device by an operator, corresponding thereto, an operation speed of the bucket elevator 10 is calculated, in the case that a calculation result is the maximum operation speed or more or the minimum operation speed or less, to be limited to a speed value thereof, so as to make the control device output a bucket elevator drive speed command value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
