PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove non-matching data from a file where data whose expression system is not uniform is stored and to efficiently generate a unified record without the need of the individual generation of an application program and visible recognition processing by a manual operation. SOLUTION: The unified record of data items in a unified expression system is generated for the respective data items of records in accordance with a record unification definition 4 in a record unification processing part 1. A record unification processing part 2 generates the unified record obtained by unifying unified records having same data item values to a unified record group in accordance with record unification definition 5. An inter-data item restriction condition check processing part 3 checks an inter-data item restriction condition on the unified record in accordance with inter-data item restriction condition check definition 6 and generates an inter-data item restriction condition check result record to which the data item displaying the result is added.
