PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely make the respective kinds of media and an owner individual correspond and to prevent embezzlement, alteration and forgery. ;SOLUTION: This system is provided with an attribute information input means 2 for inputting individual attribute information provided in the medium, a three- dimensional shape information input means 1 for inputting three-dimensional shape information provided with height information corresponding to a plane position, information storage means 5 and 8 for storing the attribute information and the three- dimensional shape information corresponding to the attribute information, an attribute information collation means 4 for collating the attribute information, three-dimensional shape information collation means 3, 6 and 7 for collating the three-dimensional shape information and an output means 9 for outputting the result of collation and judgement by the attribute information collation means and the three-dimensional shape information collation means.
