PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swinging kiln type incinerator for industrial waste, which is elongated in the life thereof by restraining the separation of caster and promoting the mixing of the industrial waste, charged into the furnace, by making the furnace as the type of swinging. ;SOLUTION: A swinging kiln type incinerator 1 for industrial waste is capable of effecting the incinerating treatment of the waste by charging the industrial waste, such as waste oil, oil sludge, waste liquid, waste plastics and the like which are having comparatively high calory. A water-cooled jacket 10 is arranged around the outer peripheral surface of a part, corresponding to at least the high-temperature zone of a kiln main body 52, to supply cooling water through a water supplying pipe 12 having flexibility whereby the thickness of fluid refractory 20, covering the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical kiln main body 52, can be thinned. On the other hand, the kiln main body 52 is swung by a predetermined angle whereby the mixing of the industrial waste can be promoted and the combustion efficiency of the incinerating furnace can be improved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
