PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cord from twisting, by giving a structure in which a set of electrodes is provided inside a first tube, another set of electrodes is provided outside a third tube, and the third tube is put into the first tube. ;SOLUTION: A set of electrodes 2 is provided inside a tube 1. Another set of electrodes 4 is provided outside another tube 3. The tube 1, with the tube 3 put thereinto, is put between cords. The electrodes 2 of the tube 1 and the electrodes 4 of the tube 3 rotatably slide on each other and electrically contact with and conduct to each other. One cord 5 is attached to the tube 1 and the other cord 5 to the tube 3. In use, if a twist is exerted on the two cords, the tube 1 and the tube 3 rotate so as to eliminate the twist of the two cords 5 and thus serve as a twist preventing instrument.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
