PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the overall height of a stationary induction electric apparatus by providing a reduced number of heat radiating elements than heretofore. ;SOLUTION: Two heat radiating elements 6 are connected in series via a communicating part 10 for changing the flow direction of insulation oil by 180 degrees and are arranged in such a manner that the flow direction of oil becomes almost horizontal and an air blow cabinet 7 blows out air vertically, and furthermore an air guide 12 is interposed between the cabinet 7 and element 6.
