Even columns of one side row and odd columns of the other side row among the gate electrodes 25 of the thin film transistors T(1, 1)-T(m, 2n) connected to the pixel electrodes P(1, 1)-P(m, 2n) of adjacent two rows are connected to the same address lines Y1-Y2n+1. Even rows each other and odd rows each other of both columns among source electrodes 30 and drain electrodes 31 of the thin film transistors T(1, 1)-T(m, 2n) connected to the pixel electrodes P(1, 1)-P(m, 2n) of adjacent two rows are provided alternately.
