PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material for photographic sensitive materials which does not exert an adverse influence, such as deterioration of the photographic characteristics of the photographic sensitive material therein, in spite of long-term preservation in the state of packaging the photographic sensitive material while retaining high light shieldability, moisture permeation preventive performance and excellent workability. ;SOLUTION: This packaging material consists of annealed aluminum foil coated with a resin coating layer on at least one surface. At this time, the thickness of an aluminum oxide layer formed on the surface of the annealed aluminum foil on the side which is an inner surface side at the time of use as the packaging material is ≤4.7 mμ or the electrostatic capacity is ≥150 μF/40 cm2 or the annealed aluminum foil is obtd. by an annealing treatment for ≥30 hours at ≤280°C.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
