PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To naturally change a countenance of an object as operator's being intention, without performing complicated operations in a virtual reality space sharing system to enable plural operators to share a virtual reality space with a network and at the some time to transfer the object as the other self of each operator in the virtual reality space. ;SOLUTION: The facial expressions of operators 3A, 4A of respective client terminals 3, 4 are detected which are, for example, one from among laughing faces, angry faces, crying or surprised faces are by a countenance detecting means 3a, 4a of the respective client terminals 3, 4. Pieces of data for the countenances detected by the countenance detecting means 3a, 4a are transmitted to a server side by countenance data transmission means 3b, 4b. (A) command for changing the countenances of the objects corresponding to the operators on screens 3d, 4d of the respective client terminals 3, 4 is given, based on the transmitted data of the countenances at the side of the server 2 by a maintenance change command means 2a.
