PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide with small amount of data capacity contact between a stationary model and a mobile model in a pseudo three-dimensional space at high speed. SOLUTION: A record medium is provided with a contact deciding data storage part 24 for storing the data to define an area in which no stationary model exists as being idle, an area in which the stationary model exists as being dense close and the area including a border surface as being mixed in the pseudo three-dimensional space, a CPU 10 for detecting position in the pseudo three-dimensional space of the movible model, a contact deciding data reading means 102 for reading the contents of classification in a block in each stage from the contact deciding data storage part 24 toward the blocks which are successively thinned from one or required number of the maximum blocks adjacent to a detecting position and to develop the contents to a RAM 13 by way of a data developing means 103 and a contact deciding and processing means 101 for deciding whether the mixed area exists in the contents of the classification in the read block and to recognize the classification corresponding to the mixed area as the contact when the classification is decided to be existent.
