PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a play of a rotating member in a radial direction of a shaft without preventing rotation and movement of the rotating member. ;SOLUTION: At one of two rotary members rotatably arranged at opposed ends of a shaft 21, an annular flexible portion 271 is provided around a circular through hole 270 of a plate 27 so as to form a flexible structure. As a result, a dimensional variation between the two rotary members rotatably mounted at both ends of the shaft 21, that is the variation between a centerline O-O of a circular through hole 220 of a gear case 22 and a center line O'-O' of the circular through hole 270 of the plate 27 is eliminated. Accordingly a play of the rotary members in a radial direction of the shaft 21 is eliminated without disturbing rotation and movement of the rotary members.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
