ORDINARY TEMPERATURE MIXTURE FOR LOW-NOISE ELASTIC BODY ANTIFREEZING PAVEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mix a sufficient quantity of rubber pieces while maintaining fluidity resistance and peeling resistance by containing an aggregate, an asphalt emulsion, a hydraulic inorganic material, and rubber pieces. ;SOLUTION: An ordinary temperature mixture containing an aggregate, an asphalt emulsion, a hydraulic inorganic material, and rubber pieces and concurrently having a lownoise function and an antifreezing function is manufactured. A low-noise elastic body antifreezing pavement body is constructed with this ordinary temperature mixture. The blending ratio of the aggregate and rubber pieces is set to aggregate:rubber piece = 20-90:80-10 wt.%. The quantity of the hydraulic inorganic material is set to 15-60 pts.wt. to the asphalt emulsion 100 pts.wt. The blending ratio of asphalt and a modifier in the asphalt emulsion is set to the range of the modifier 25-100 pts.wt. against the asphalt 100 pts.wt. The blended quantity of a tackifier is set to 0.1-50 pts.wt. to the asphalt 100 pts.wt. in the asphalt emulsion to improve the adhesiveness to the rubber pieces, thereby execution is made safely and economically, and an excellent antifreezing effect can be exerted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
