PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make total amount of feedwater pass through total route of water passage by passing the electrolyzed water supplied from one side drainage line to one side electrode chamber of an electrolytic cell and discharged from the other side drainage line through the other side electrode chamber through a feedwater line on a downstream side of an adsorptive purifying part containing a filtering purifying part and pumping out the electrolyzed water. ;SOLUTION: At the time of washing a water circuit of the continuous electrolyzed water forming device 1, the water containing chlorine such as city water is supplied to an anode chamber 4 of the electrolytic cell 5 from one side drainage line 8 and the water is passed through a cathode chamber 3 from a water feeding branch pipe 6a of a cathode chamber by allowing the water to flow conversely in a water feeding branch pipe 6b of the anode chamber 4, or when if the water feeding branch passage of the electrolytic cell 5 exists, the water is passed through the cathode chamber 3 from the water feeding branch passage, and the water is electrolyzed while discharging the water from the other drainage line 7, and also the electrolyzed water discharged from the other drainage line 7 is sent to the water feeding passage 6c between the adsorptive purifying part 9 and the filtering purifying part 10 and discharged to a drain 11 through a downstream side water supply passage of the adsorptive purifying part 9.
