PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make and aerobic and light microorganism, an aerobic and dark microorganism, an anaerobic and light microorganism and an anaerobic and dark microorganism, which are four microorganism types which have been impossible in conventional single fermentation, double fermentation and parallel double fermentation coexist, prosper and symbiotically live under a definite space and artificial conditions. ;SOLUTION: This fermentation method cut off all oxidation, deterioration and putrefaction and causes only reduction action and anti-oxidant action (in which oxidation and reduction are simultaneously present) of fermentation- decomposition-synthesis and utilizes function, substrate and information which microorganisms have and uses these as information microorganism engineering and frequently uses promoting method, inducing method and fermentation method.
