PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a dimensional error of a laminated iron core without increasing or reducing the specified number of sheet by a method wherein, when the number of sheets needs an adjustment, one of counter-bores except for those with which the number of sheets is specified as a fixed value is assigned and then the number of sheets of the assigned counter-bore is corrected. ;SOLUTION: In a controller of the number of sheets of an iron core, when the size and shape of each counter-bore CB and the thickness of punched material are inputted from a touch panel 4 for setting data, the input values are automatically converted by a PLC 2, and the shape and the number of sheets of each CB are set. Based on the set number of sheets of each CB, the number of sheets from the start of stacking to the time when a command is given to a solenoid 3 for CB for changing the shape is calculated. Then, a CB with which the number of sheets needs be changed is assigned from the panel for setting data. As the number of sheets is changed for the assigned laminated body, the number of the iron core can be increased or decreased without changing the number of sheets such laminated bodies with which the number of sheets is already fixed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
