ELEMENT FOR THERMAL/MAGNETIC/VIBRATING TREATMENT AND THERMAL/MAGNETIC/VIBRATING TREATMENT APPARATUS USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal/magnetic/vibrating treatment element capable of stably producing vibrations without the fear of collapse and a thermal/ magnetic/vibrating treatment apparatus that uses the same. ;SOLUTION: A cylindrical element 2 is formed by coupling upper and lower members 4, 5 together, and an electromagnetic coil is wound around its outer periphery. A fixed magnetic plate 7 and a vibrating magnetic plate 8 are clamped between the members 4, 5, with the positions of the plates shifted relative to each other in their cross direction. By carrying electricity to the electromagnetic coil, heat is produced, temperature is elevated, and the electromagnetic coil works as an exciting coil, producing magnetic flux whose axis coincides with the longitudinal axis of the cylindrical element 2, and producing magnetism around it. Also, since repulsive forces to the end of the fixed magnetic plate 7 are produced in a certain period at the end (free end) of the vibrating magnetic plate 8, the end of the vibrating magnetic plate 8 is repeatedly moved in its cross direction by the elasticity of the vibrating magnetic plate itself and is vibrated in the cross direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
