PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent noise insulation and resistance against load and restrict deformation by laminating elastic intermediate layer members between upper and lower layer members of resin foamed bodies and by locating recessed portions on the lower surface of the upper layer portion and the upper surface of the lower layer portion and butting and contacting the upper and lower layer portions to the intermediate layer member. ;SOLUTION: A lower layer member 2 is a foamed polystyrene resin shaped member, an upper member 3 is the same member as a lower layer member 2, and a plurality of recessed portion 31 is arranged on the lower surface. In this case, the lower surface of the upper surface member 3 and an intermediate layer member 4 is partially contacted in configuration, and a pressure receiving area of the lower surface of the upper layer member 3 is designed as predetermined. Moreover, on the upper surface of the upper layer member 3, a cleat 32 for nailing or adhering a floor finish member for attaching and fixing is installed. In this way, noise insulation performance and resistance against load can be measured. The result shows that the noise insulation has improved and, at the same time, a change in the thickness of the floor backing member 1 can be reduced. By doing this, floor deflection when a heavy furniture is loaded can be reduced, and excellent thermal insulation, warmness, comfortableness in walking, and safety can be obtained and a high noise insulation performance can be achieved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
