PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the measurement of the deviation of the interval of the song sung in compliance with the accomapninent of versatile KARAOKE sing-a long software in which only the analog accompaniment signals are stored. ;SOLUTION: This reference interval signal forming device successively forms a song interval signal S7 from an analog song signal S3. On the other hand, the device seeks the interval difference between both interval signals S7, S8 while successively forming an accompaniment interval signal S8 from an analog accompaniment signal S1 and determines the melody reference interval signal S9 corresponding to the interval on the reference melody in accordance with the sought interval difference.
