PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a handling convenience by charging white pigment ink in an ink chamber rear of a first ballpoint pen at a front end of a barrel, providing a follower following up the ink at its rear end, incorporating a second ballpoint pen refill having a long axis in a bore of an inner cylinder, and exposing the chip from a rear end of the barrel. ;SOLUTION: An inner cylinder 1c closed at its rear end is provided from a rear end of a rear cylinder 1b of a barrel 1 toward a bore (ink chamber) 1g, and its inner periphery is integrally connected to a rear end inner periphery of the cylinder 1b via a rib 1e of a predetermined position. Then, white pigment ink 9 is charged in the bore 1g, and grease-like follower 10 following up the ink in contact with an ink surface is charged in its rear end. Further, a rear part of a ballpoint pen refill 16 having a long axis is engaged with the bore 1g of the cylinder 1c. And, a mouth tip 15a for holding its tip 6 is integrally formed, and then a barrel 15 is detachably clamped at an outer periphery of the cylinder 1b of the barrel 1.
