ASSESSMENT INFORMATION NOTIFICATION METHOD FOR BUDGET COMPILATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the overall job efficiency for the compilation of the budget by preparing a budget compilation process file and an assessment result sending actual result file and notifying automatically an applicant of the budget of the assessment result and the assessment balance after the assessment of the budget. ;SOLUTION: A server acquires the assessment end notification and the dates of registration from the clients 21 to 24 and then acquires the latest date of transmission from an assessment result sending achievement file 254 via a transmission date column with an assignment code used as a key. Then the server secures the matching with the registration date column of an assessment organization with the latest transmission date used as a key and decides whether the record extracted from a budget compilation process file 253 is sent to a budget applicant as an assessment result to automatically extract and send only the assessment result that is not sent yet. As an application organization is sometimes prepared as a lower order organization of an integrated organization, the presence or absence is automatically confirmed for the lower order application organization. If the lower order application organization is confirmed, only the assessment result that is not sent yet is automatically extracted and sent via the similar processing to that of the application organization.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
