ECCENTRIC CONE FOR LOUDSPEAKER, ITS MANUFACTURE AND ECCENTRIC LOUDSPEAKER INTEGRATED WITH ECCENTRIC CONE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of abnormal sound or the like by correcting unbalanced moment of inertia of an eccentric cone for a loudspeaker for preventing lateral fluctuations. ;SOLUTION: An eccentric cone 100 whose center hole 100a is placed with eccentricity is used as an integral part of a speaker. A metal-made balancer 100d is provided at an outer circumferential part of the cone. The balancer 100d is preferably made of a high density metallic material, such as brass, copper, phosphorous bronze or lead as an area in contact with the cone shall be minimized, from the view point of the vibration of the cone, and the smalle- sized balancer 100d is suitable. Furthermore, a plurality of slits 100d-1, 100d-2 are formed on the balancer 100d to allow the balancer to be easily adhered along a curved cone face and the adhered area is made smaller.
