PURPOSE:To suppress occurrence of deterioration in sound quality due to switching noise at antenna changeover. CONSTITUTION:A vehicle stop drive detection section 10 detects whether a vehicle is stopped or driven. A reception state of an antenna selected at present is detected by a reception state detection section 11a. A discrimination section 11b compares the detected reception state with a prescribed criterion to discriminate whether or not the reception state is good. A control inhibit permission section lid inhibits the antenna changeover control with a diversity control means when the reception state is discriminated to be excellent while the vehicle is at least driven. Conversely, when the reception state is discriminated not good, the antenna changeover control is allowed.
